Pedestrian powered pallet truck (A1)

PEDESTRIAN POWERED PALLET TRUCK (A1)

The powered pallet truck (pedestrian) often shortened to PPT (pedestrian) is an electric low-level lifting and moving forklift. They suit all types of light-duty applications.

Rider powered pallet truck (A2)

The rider powered pallet truck often known as PPT (rider) is an electric low lift platform and low lift order-picking truck.

The operator stands on a small platform at the back and controls the speed and direction from a tiler.

Pedestrian powered pallet stacker truck (A5)

An electric pallet stacker is a fully electrically operated hand forklift, used to transport pallets within warehouses. They operate in more confined areas than standard electric ‘ride-on’ forklifts but still offer the ability to store pallets within racking and high-level storage areas.

Sideloader’s have a clear advantage over conventional forklifts, they are designed to transport long and bulky materials.

A reach forklift truck is named because they can extend their mast forwards, allowing the forks to enter a racking system to pick up and deposit loads. The operator sits at right angles to the forks.

Order Picker Medium lift upto 2.5m (E1)

An order picker forklift is a piece of equipment used to help operators pick and deliver materials needed for filling out orders. They are designed take the forklift operator up to the rack with or without a load.

Very narrow aisle - man up (F1)

VERY NARROW AISLE – MAN UP (F1)

Very Narrow Aisle trucks are used for stacking loads, medium and high-level.

Their unique feature is their steering method. VNA trucks are normally only steered by the operator when transferring from one stacking aisle to another. Once in the aisle, the trucks are automatically guided by wire or rail.

PIVOT STEER ALSO CALLED FLEXI/BENDI (P1)

Also known as Flexi, Bendi or articulated machines, Pivot Steer trucks have a pivoted mast that makes them multifunctional. This eliminates double handling of loads as well as optimising storage space in the warehouse.
